Each year the Deep Run Wildcat Club sponsors $1,000 scholarships to six wildcat students. These winners, three males and three females, are selected based on their outstanding achievements in sports, academics, and community service.

The Wildcat Club also awarded two $500 scholarships to honor our past Activity Director Darrell Jenkins. Known as the 'Darrell E. Jenkins Scholarship for Excellence', this yearly award is given to one male and one female senior that displays excellence within the athletic department by working behind the scenes as a student assistant for a team, trainer assistant or a player that provides excellence beyond the games to the success of their team's program.
